I'm looking for information on Orra Rood and Family living in Imlay City, Mi. between 1852 and 1877. I believe Orra owned a Saw Mill, he owned property in Sections 15,16,21 and 24 around 1860's. His children, Harvey b. 1856, John b. 1858, William b. 1860, Agnes b. 1862, Dency b. 1864, Julia b. 1868 and Clara b. 1878. All except Clara born Imlay, Mi. Clara born Kansas. Orra married Abigail Giddings b.1832 Almont, Mi. they married in about 1851 location unknown. Orra was born in New York, his father born Mass. and mother born New York.
