Seeking information on Charles Eugene Hallett b. 1853 New York or Michigan. His parents died when he was four. He was sent back to New York from Michigan to live with his Aunt Julia Hallett Keyes and Wilson Keyes. He is listed in the 1860 Auburn, New York census living with them.
In the 1870 North Plains, Ionia Co. Michigan census he has joined in the household of his
brother, Hebron V. Hallett, listed as Vene Hallett. Charles is 17 yrs of age at this time and this is the last information I have on Charles.
His brother, Hebron VENE Hallett moved to Lake County in the early 1870s. Charles may have moved there with him.
