i had a family tree at one point, but must have lost it in a move. so i'm trying to piece everything back together, but it hasn't worked out so well. here is some info to start with, and if someone can give me more, i'd really appreciate it!!!

rachel lynn toman (me)-->eugene (gene) wayne toman-->clarence fay toman-->?????????
that's about all i've got to go on.
the first one of my line was valentine toman from germany. he came in the mid 1700's and disappeared in the woods of pennsylvania. his family moved to michigan and eventually settled in south-east lake county, if they didn't go directly there. the original homestead is still in the family; my grand parents live there (clarence fay and lois toman). i believe that my grandfather's father's name started with a "j," perhaps jacob or joseph. this person is buried in the richmond township cemetary in reed city, osceola county, michigan (the road--lakola rd--that my grandparents live on is the county line between lake and osceola counties).
