Hello,

I am looking for information about the family of Matthew and Erica Miller who immigrated to Michigan from Finland about 1881-1884 (or maybe 1879). The only census I have found them in so far has been the 1900, when they were living in Houghton Township. Erica is listed as "Helika". The children were: Christina, bc1880; Hilda, bc1884; Henry?, bc1885; a daughter whose name I can't read, bc1888; Annie, bc1889; Mattie, bc1891; Lucy?, bc1893; Selina? bc1896; Elmer, bc 1897; and Alfred, bc1898. There should have also been an Emil, Thelma and Elizabeth in this family.

Thank you for any information you can provide about this family, their descendants, or their ancestors (the family I am interested in descends from the son, Matti/Matthew).

Janice
