Christine Keeler Says Her Vows
Miss Christine KEELER, North Burdick street, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Alfred COLVIN, Princeton avenue, became the bride of Frederick BEAUGRAND, North Burdick street, at 8:30 Saturday evening, July 4, at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Charles WEST, North Burdick street, in the presence of 25 guests.
Palms, ferns and gladiolas were used in the decorations. The Rev. A. J. STENZEL was the officiating cleryman.
The bride was attired in a rose silk dress with a strand of pearls for a neckpiece. Her corsage was of white roses. Mrs. Evelyn WEST, Kalamazoo, the bride's attendant, wore a pink silk dress, a strand of pearls and a corsage of white roses. Charles WEST performed the duties of best man. Light refreshments were served immediately following the ceremony. Mrs. COLVIN, mother of the bride, wore a dark blue silk dress for the occasion.
To Reside Here
Mr. & Mrs. Beaugrand will reside in Kalamazoo. He is a maintenance man at the Sutherland Paper Co. She is a practical nurse.
This is the wedding announcement for my grandfather's 2nd marriage (he was widowed in 1937 by my grandmother, Jessie Alvira Sweetman Beaugrand, before I was born). I'm trying to get more information about my stepgrandmother, Christine. I'm also curious about the relationship between Evelyn West and Christine ... was she a sister?
If anyone is connected with the KEELER family or her stepfather's family, Alfred COLVIN, I would like to gather some information. I don't know the name and surname of Christine's mother.
Thanks in advance.
