I am part owner of the property you are interested in and we are selling it. It originally had 195 acres and the address is 4933 S. Shepherd Rd. The blueprints are incredible and there was no expense spared when building this building. In the late 50's when the County Farm shut down, my parents to the North bought the 190 acres. It was also once Broomfield Hospital. Gould Drugs bought it for a warehouse and office space and then a guy who was excessed from the Pontiac State Home to the Mt. Pleasant State Home bought it. We bought it from him.
