Need help with Isabella Genweb

I'm having trouble getting an email to the Isabella Co. Genweb coordinators. There's a box that comes up that I have to fill in. It asks for my incoming mail server: POP3, IMAP, or HTTP and for my outgoing mail SMTP server. I have NO idea! I couldn't get an email through by sending it through my own email carrier as it was returned.
