I'm trying to find the family of S/Sgt. Norman E. Hornbacher, ASN: 16044476, 360th Bomber Squadron, 303rd Bomber Group, Heavy. S/Sgt. Norman E. Hornbacher was KIA on June 25, 1943.
S/Sgt. Hornbacher entered the service from Detroit, MI on January 9, 1942.
He was born April 9, 1916 and before entering the service he was probably still living in Sebewaing, Huron County, MI.
His parents John C. Hornbacher and Louise Hornbacher also lived in Sebewaing. First on Rural Route #1, Box 142 and later on 312 Union Street.
S/Sgt. Norman E. Hornbacher is buried at the Netherlands American Cemetery and his grave is adopted. The adoptive family would like to get in touch with the Hornbacher family.
