Orphanage near Pigeon circa 1880's?

Does anyone know of an 1880's era orphanage that was located near Pigeon, Michigan or in Huron County?

Bertha Amelia Baker b. 1880 and her sister Rosa Bell Baker b. 1881/1882 were committed to an orphanage by their father William Baker after his wife died. Rosa Bell Baker was adopted and Bertha, age seven, went to work as a servant for the family of William Horn, a farmer in Caseville, Huron Cty, MI in exchange for room and board.

If anyone can give me any help, hint, or direction, I would be most grateful for your kindness.
