James: Thank you, I will write and let you know when they get here. I never lived in the UP either although through stories and trips there I feel like I am at least part Yupper. Just wish I had learned Finnish, that is what my dad's family spoke with together. I've lived in Alaska 30 years now. My sister lives north of Lansing and brother is in Mt Pleasant. I've been working on this for 2 years now going on 3 and have enjoyed it so much. I've always like history and now this is personal. I learned that Clarence Darrow was in Copper Country during the strike and assisted the miners. My dad was always proud of his dad's union/workers rights outlook and my dad was very much a working man's advocate. Due to the GI Bill after WWII he went to college and ended up a judge in the UP. He had a good life, I think. Thank you for your generosity.
