Pat,
I also have a photograph with F.C. Haefer on the front bottom of a photo of my great grandfather and was taken in 1902. My question is: Have you been able to put a date on your photo? I have a friend in Finland who has a missing relative that came to America, and she has a photo of her relative, but F.C. Haefer is printed on the back of the photo. We're trying to find out if your photo has the photographers name on the front or back. We also are trying to locate this relative, and were wondering if F.C. Haefer put his name on the back of the photos while in Ontonagon or Hancock.
