I am searching for family members of Margaret Pool Prouty (b. 03/03/1820 in OH; d. 09/17/1884 in Arcada, Gratiot Co. MI). She was married to William Prouty on 12/27/1840 in Williams County OH. Children born to them: Mary A. Prouty, Almena Prouty, Lewis Prouty, Morgan Prouty, Harriet Prouty, and Arabella Prouty. I am primarily researching Margaret Prouty's father's family: Bannister Pool, and have hit a dead end. There are several of us researching the Pool line, but all have come up empty. If anyone knows of a Prouty family living in or around this area, please contact me, as any info they may have regarding the Pool family could be helpful. Thanks.
