I am the great-granddaughter of Wilhelmina "Minnie" (Koskela) Backman who lived in Wakefield from 1913 until her death in 1961. I have a box of photos that I believe came from her house and I think are friends and relatives from Wakefield and Finland. Some of them appear to be very old, maybe even from the 1800's.
Most of them do not have anything written on them but a few do.
