Barnum - Marriage lookup - please help

I am looking for a marriage record for Jerome "Jay" Barnum. I do not know the name of the lady he married nor the marriage date but their first child was born 12 Jul 1896 in Beaverton. The wife died and Jay was a widower of 2 children by the 1900 census. Jay was adopted by George Cline but I think he went by his Barnum name.
