Brenner is my paternal grandmothers maiden name. The family lived off of Sun Oil Rd, the area they called Howry, I have been doing the geneology for this family since elementry school back in the 50's. Geraldine Brenner is the daughter of John Brenner, who was the son of Joseph and Marie Brenner the original family who settled south of Gladwin after immigrating from Austria/Hungry. Gearldine has passed and I have not been able to contact her children as they have moved to may time to quickly to follow. If possible I would like to have the picture of Geraldine. Let me know about mailing cost etc. My home is in Florida now, but we do have a Michigan PO Box that we use while here in the summer.
Do you know why the area they lived was referred to as "Howry" have not been able to get info on this.
