This could be him if the age is wrong. I found him on Ancestry in a Flint directory with Floyd, my grandfather. That is all I know about Roy's residence or work before the War. I think the workplace was Highland Merchandising Company, not Merchandise. They sold household goods to homes on credit. Thank You, Linda Notify Administrator about this message?
