That is an excellant idea! It was a number of years ago I did research on this family, and at that time WW I Draft cards weren't available online. I keep forgetting to go back a relook up some of these elusive gentlemen. So I went and checked and his draft card has a birthdate and place consistent with approx. 1888 (it lists 1889) and Illinois that were listed on one of the census records. He has a different address in Detroit than what is on the 1920 census but certainly the location is close. The occupations are slightly different, but both for the automobile industry. Unfortunately, it lists that he has a wife and daughter, but doesn't give their names. That would have been proof postive that I have the right Albert Jones. It also has his same middle initial. With so many coincidences, it's hard to believe it's not the right guy. Thanks for the advice!
