Yes , he is the brother of my grfather, Jeremiah Behan. The 1901 census for Quyon, Quebec, shows both of them still at home with the parents. James was listed as 18 at the time -- which contradicts a birth date mentioned elsewhere. Birth place:Ontario.
So...the relationship is confirmed. Now lets have some feedback from some of James' descendents!
