Is James Hill BEHAN my great uncle?

The BEHAN clan emigrated to Emmet Co. -- with one exception, my grandfather,Jeremiah Patrick. I have not been able to conclusively prove the claim that grpa had a brother named James Hill B.( in Petoskey since 1911).
St FX Cemetary records say "parents Jere. and Susan O'NEIL" instead of Suzanne O'REILLY.Can anyone prove conclusively that these 2 males were brothers? Also, where were these guys (plus sisters Suzannah & Ellen) born? How about Cook Co, IL or Cherokee Co. IA? Any info will be appreciated ....
