Looking for marriage info on George Hart & Lodina Marrs/Lobina Morse June 1876

Hello,
Who might I contact to find out about a marriage which we believe took place 18 June 1876?

The Groom was : George Evelyn or Eston Hart [Evelyn is the correct name, but I have seen the Eston]

The Bride was: Lodena/Lodina Ursula Marrs although I saw a record showing her name badly mauled as LOBINA MORSE.


Is there a way to get a copy of the marriage registry? Will it show their parents and where they lived?

Thanks for any help in suggesting who to write to, or where to look for this info.
