You did not say whether you have researched the US Census, which is probably your best starting block. Know that 1950 is the first "all name" US Census (prior was only name of head of households) and the 1890 US Census was lost in an early 1900's fire.

Since you noted they moved to Eaton Rapids in about 1866, I'll send you copids of the 1870, 1880, and 1900 US Census pages to start. Please let me know if you have any questions. It appears that Perry died between 1880 and 1900, and may possibly be in Munger Cemetery ??).

(Our family has ancestors in Munger Cemetery also, and I just visited there last summer).

Munger Cemetery in Eaton Rapids is not transcribed online. You will probably want to contact the Eaton County Genealogical Society for the record. They probably have the record in print form as they transcribed many of the Eaton County cemeteries.

I'm a member of the ECGS, very inexpensive, and they are eager to help members look into obituaries and so on.

You will want to review the Eaton County rootsweb page and search your family names here...

Take a look at the "NEW" Personal & Genealogical Biographies" link to see if any of your ancestors are there. If so, I can guide you to the article online.

Be sure to put each ancestor surname in the search block (scroll down on that page).

Be sure to check all the links even though you searched because some of them are not linked to the search engine. For example check the marriages...

SPRINGER,OLIVER H P SPRINGER,BOARDMAN,ELECTA - BOARDMAN,EATON,,16 MAR 1867,--,--,--,--
SPRINGER,REBECCA - SPRINGER,MEACH,DAVID - MEACH,EATON,,06 SEP 1854,--,--,--,--

If the US Census is what you are looking for I can look a couple more up for you. But check all of the above resources. If you find that some of them are in Walton Township (mostly Olivet) or Kalamo, I have those cemetery books here in my small 'library.' Let me know if you need more assistance, if the Census is what you are looking for (or if you've already looked at the Census), or if you have any questions about the pages I'm sending you via email.

Best regards and good hunting!

Jack
