Looking for the death date and burial of John C. Westervelt. Born abt. 1818 NY died Possibly November 14, 1873 Clinton County. John is in the 1870 Census for Essex, Clinton Co., MI with wife Lena and son Charles.
Wife Lena Kierstead died 1872 Clinton Co., MI. John remarried June 6, 1873 to Ella Dennis. John supposedly died November 14, 1873. Would like to find where he is buried and the right death date for him. John C Westervelt is my g-g grandfather. At the time of his marriage to Ella Dennis, he was 52 years old. Ella was 20. Any information on John his late wife Lena Or Ellen
and wife Ella will be appreciated. Thank you.
