My great grandfather Edward Lockwood was born around Fenton Michigan. His father and mother came from England around the 1860's to that area of the State. My great Grandfather wasn't in that area of Michigan for long. He worked in the lumber industry and he and my great grandmother were married in Clare county in 1901. They went to Fenton Michigan and settled there. He had a brother named Lewis, who had a farm near Marion Michigan in Osceola County I think. I may not be related to either of the two groups of Lockwoods of Clare County?
Thanks for the reply
-Tom
