Emil was in Saginaw on the Draft Card, but he was working for that company located in Ohio. Evidently they had a shop in Saginaw. I looked at some Saginaw News papers and a headline caught my eye , Emil Colpean Goes down with a ferry sinking and had a picture of him, but when I read , it was in 1910. I thought I had found something, no alas no.The 1940 census records will be viewable shortly, perhaps
Emil may show up there, if he was down by the census taker.

Findagrave also has the picture of Emil's tombstone in the national cemetery.
