Hello Dori,
In my database, we have John C. Whaley and his family, and just a little about his wife, Rhoda. Rhoda's father was Griswold Phelps and he is buried in Power Cemetery, in Steuben Co., IN. died in 1845, age 54. Here is what another researcher sent us.........

Griswold and Rhoda (Squier) Phelps of northeastern PA, then NY, then Steuben
Co. IN, had eleven children: Harriet, Alva, William L., Levi C., Griswold,
Mary (Polly), Laura, Rhoda, Angeline, Emily, and Margaret. This list,
distributed among Phelps researchers, originated some years ago with a
now-deceased Mrs. Olive MacArthur

I hope it helps you. I don't have any birth dates for any of these children except Rhoda, wife of John C. Whaley.
I have more info on the Whaley family.
