Niles,Berrien Co. Families united 1840`s

I am hoping someone will be able to help me find the parents of Elizabeth Ann Lane born about 1840 in Michigan. Would someone have access to a 1850 Berrien Co. census? The Lanes who removed to Henry Co. Illinois were George W. and Elmira (Granger) Lane about 1853.
A son George Jr. was born in Niles Michigan about 1839.
Is there a 1850 census record for George W. Hixson (Hickson,Hixon) and his wife Precilla. Theirr son William "Oscar" Hixson married Elizabeth Lane, in 1857 in Michigan, then left for Illinois after the death of his father (in Illinois)
Another family of interest is Aquilla Beck as
he is the father of Gazaway G. Beck who married Cynthia Granger. I believe she is related to Elizabeth Lanes` mother Elmira Granger.
All of these families were in Niles Michigan during the 1840`s and 50`s.
Any information about any of these families will be truly appreciated. Thank you, Debbie
