Henrietta Niehousen m Jacob Wispinter in 1864 in Portsmouth twship. She was 21 years old

Her father was Frederick Christian Nehausen or Nehuson (pronounced Knee-house-in or "Niehausen" in german), b 1814, from Mecklenburg (east of Hamburg) & was a butcher in Bay City.

Her mother was Elizabeth & from Holstein near Hamburg.

Their dau Henrietta was b 1843 & they had another dau Lucy who m John McBride who was b 1854, so there were likely other children b between 1843 & 1854.

The only info that I've been able to find is the 1880 Census where Frederick Nehuson was a widower living with his dau Lucy, son-in-law John McBride, & their 1 year old son Wm in Kawkawlin.

I haven't found further info about Frederick, Elizabeth or other family members.

If anybody has come across this family, I'd be most grateful for any possible information.

Thanks so much!
