What else does the 1930 census say about your ancestor? Were they Na-naturalized or Al-alien? Either of the forms will have a place of birth.
Did you try looking for them on Ellis Island? www.ellisislandrecords.org
314 CZERWINSKIs, 126 CZERWINSKA (female)and 79 CZERWINSKYs came thru Ellis Island to America.
