Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

If they were naturalized that late in the bell curve, then the records you need are at the NARA Center on Pulaski Ave. in Chicago. If you go yourself, you can have the records in under an hour in the browsing room for about 60 cents. If you write, you'll have to call ahead to ascertain the cost and send the fee along with your request.
