My gr grandfather Aaron Brintnell lived for many years in the Twining area before dying there in 1938 at the age of 97. I am told he was "a local artist of some remown" and I wonder if anyone might have some of his work. I would also be interested in learning anything I can about his earlier life--birthplace, parents, siblings, etc.
I am sure there must be articles in old issues of the Arena County Independent that would shed some light on his life, but how can I access them? I now live in NC
