Larry Richard Feeser, 64, of Rapid City, died Sunday, Oct. 6, 2002 at his home following an extended illness. He was born June 14, 1938, the son of Robert and Mary Ellen Ruggles Feeser of Frederick, Md. He is the husband of Maureen Hilliard Feeser. Mr. Feeser earned his bachelor of engineering science at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md. He was an engineer with Proctor & Gamble his entire career, working in both Baltimore and Cincinnati, Ohio. He served on both the Helena Township Planning Commission and the Parks and Recreation Committee in Helena Township. Surviving, in addition to his wife and parents, are daughter Wendy Feeser Jakszta, granddaughter Lindsay Morgan Jakszta and grandson Ryan Hunter Jakszta, all of Flemington, N.J. and brother Stephen Gregory Feeser of Frederick, Md. Friends may call Thursday, Oct. 10, from noon until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. at the Skiles Funeral Home, in Taneytown, Md. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Frederick. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 29, at the Alden Depot in Alden. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Helena Township, c/o the Larry R.
