I haven't been able to find Rosa in 1880. Her mother died in 1878 giving birth to a younger sibling (Maddie May) and I'm wondering if they didn't give her to another family to be taken care of. John Scott appears and "widow" is marked. Older siblings, William, Margaret and Thomas appear and they are in Jordan Township in 1880. In later census, Rosa is married to my gggrandfather Frank Justice. Relatives remember that William (Bill) went to Alaska during the gold rush.
