A internet site for Saginaw Valley State University www.svsu.edu/svsuhistory/1965.htm
shows Herbert W. Fox on their original (1965) Board of Directors. The "Alpena County Normal, Life in Rural Schools" book(let) has a picture of Herbert Fox in the 1927 graduating class. Does anyone know if this is the same person?
