Does anyone have access to the death records at the Alpena courthouse, who could check for an Arthur McGinnis passing away there in late 1953 or a few years thereafter? His wife, then living in Alpena, had him discharged to her care on 10/24/53 at age 70, after 37 years in a state mental hospital. He was quite ill at the time. Thanks to anyone who can help.
