I have been looking for Merrill Family from Alpena.
I have a Maude Sheufelt born about March 1885.
She married a Merrill man, somtime between 1900-1905.
They had a child named Mattie(Martha)Merrill she was born abt 1905>
By the year of 1910 (Census) Maude Merrill is living with her mother Mattie Winter,
Maude has her child with her but no husband.
Shortly after the Census, she marries #2
Maude Mrs. Sheufelt Merrill

I have searched the 1920 census several times under several different spelling variations.
I cannot find Henry and Maude, with daughter Mattie Merrill.
Maud was somtimes called Mauddie. I would like to find out where this family went. Her daughter Mattie Merrill was born in 1905, I would like to know who she married, and if they stayed in the area, if family is still around.
