William Cousins (1836-1905) was born in Quebec, Canada. His parents were Andrew Cousins and Eliza Morrow. About 1859 he married Anne Jane Hamilton (1836- ). She was the daughter of Samuel Hamilton and Margaret Armstrong.

The children of William Cousins and Anne Jane Hamilton were:

Edmund (c1860- )
Margaret (c1862- )
Adelaide (c1865- ) who married George L. White
Eliza (c1865- )
James Albert (1867-1887)
Emma K. (c1868- ) who married William G. Crawford
Anna (1869- )
Georgie May (1873- )
Albertie M. (c1874- )
Maud Alice (1876- )

The family lived in the area of Hawkesbury, Prescott County, Ontario. About 1868 they moved to Alpena County, Michigan. They appear in the Alpena County census in 1870, 1880, and 1900, as well as in Alpena City Directories.

I am related to Anne Jane Cousins through her parents Samuel Hamilton and Margaret Armstrong. I am seeking more information about the family.
