I looked in Allegan Co History book for the railroad station but nothing as there you might write to allegn library in the city of allegan and ask them. there were several small railroads in that area. I also looked for Laura Knowlton in the cemetery books don in the 30,s by the dar and she is not listed in the ones we have in our library. there were several knowlton listed. Eli Knowlton setted in laketown in l859 J. Knowlton came to allegan village in l838 and John Knowlton listed as a resident in l869 in plainwell. a john knowlton was also in l3 inf in civil war.
