I am presently looking for some help with the Meyer side of my tree. The meyer that I am looking for contains the following people. Frederic Meyer born about 1831 in Switzerland married to Elisabeth who was born about 1836 in Pennsylvania but parents were born in Germany. Frederic,s mother Mary was born about 1807 also in Switzerland. Frederic & Elisabeth had the following children: George, Charles, Joseph, Emma & Frank. George was born 1859 in Illinois and died in 1893. George married Magdalena(Lena)Schmierer in 1881. Lena was born about 1857 in Illinois but her parents were born in Germany. George and Lena had the following children: Joseph, Louise, Christina & George Fredrick Meyer. George Frederick Meyer was born about 1895 in Illinois and died about 1934. George married Eva Elizabeth Kohnz in 1916. Eva Elizabeth was born about 1892 and died 1967. They had the following children: GeorgiaEva Marie, Lucinda Magdaline, Clyde Frederick, Lavern(Peck)John, Gloria Veronica, Eugenia Cecilia & Marjorie Edna.
