My grandfather, Emilio Federico Noriega, had a first cousin named Pedro Noriega who was from Hermosillo. I don't know whether or not he was born there, my cousin Miguel Heredia might know. Anyway, Pedro had three daughters and a son I believe. The daughter's name is Maria del Carmen and she worked for the Palacio del Gobierno there in Hermosillo. My mom can't remember the name of Pedro's wife. She says that Pedro Noriega looked just like her father Emilio. I can post a picture of him on my website so you can see if he looks like him. If you have a pic of Pedro, email it to me and my mom can tell you if he is my grandpa's cousin. Oh, and I think he was a musician too or something. Keep in touch.
