There evidently were civil records that survived in Caborca. I found reference to microfilms of these records. If you go to the LDS (Mormon) church site at http://www.familysearch.com/http://www.familysearch.com/ and click on the "library" tab, then click on "place search", you will have the opportunity to enter "Caborca".Keep following the links on each successive page until you get to one that has a "view film notes" button. When you find the microfilm number you want to view, you must take that to your nearest LDS Family History library (they are open to everyone regardless of faith) where they can order the film for you.It is very inexpensive.Once you get the film you can view actual document images on the library's viewers.Often these records mention person's that are party to the event (baptisms, marriages etc) or witnesses who often are relatives. You can make paper copies of these film images.
Good Luck,
