Amador/Valenzuela of Caborca

I am looking for information about my great-grandparents Francisco Amador and Carmen Valenzuela. Their daughter, Rosa Amador was born in Caborca, Sonora in 1898. Rosa moved to Tucson and lived the rest of her life there after marrying Francisco Ormsby. One of her children, Bettina Margarita, born in 1936 is my mother. How does one go about requesting vital records from Mexico? My mother tells me that church records were burnt during the revolution.
