How would someone go about in locating a person that goes back and forth to Mexico to acquire his medicine for a disease that he has? A lady that I know is trying to locate her brother whom she hasn't heard from in a long time. In 1994, he was in Alberquerque, NM. In early 1996, he was in Quartzsite, AZ; later that year and into 1997 in Prescott, AZ; and in 1998 in Yuma, AZ. None of the members of his family have heard from him since. His name is Danny Scott Harvey and he was born January 5, 1949 in Bath, Maine. His sister has been searching for him in so many places. Is there anything someone could tell us how to approach this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
