I'm trying to find out about my grandfather and his parents. He was born in Chavinda, his name was Luis del Rio Ortega. His brother was Ruperto and his sisters were Maria, Maria Luisa, Raquel, Otilia, and Concepcion. His mother's name was Concepcion del Rio and his father was Luis Ortega. Concepcion's parents were Vicente and Josefa (Mendez). Vicente's father was Ignacio. Luis's parents were Antonio and Refujio (Mejia).
My grandfather moved to America in the 30s or 40s and married Petra Resendez who is still living. I know we still have family in Chavinda, I just don't know who. If you know anything please contact me.
