Doonkeen name/Torreone-Durango

Am very interested in help of looking up christening names in the churches of Torreone-Durango.
My grandgather "Alfred Enrique Doonkeen" was born in Torreone in 1900. He was a half-breed mixed with something from a European descent which we do not know. We cannot trace the name anywhere in the world and know it has been changed in Mexico, but from what?
Alfred E crossed the Mexican border in 1924 with my his wife, Felipa Medina. Grandma was 5'1" and 2 years older than grandpa while he was 6'5". I had 13 uncles and aunts, a set of twins who died early. Joe, Servel, Corrina and Pete were born in Mexico, while Trina, Alfred, Marshall, William and Darlene were born in the U.S.

Any help is appreciated.
