Hello. I am the daughter of Margarita Cardenas and we are searching for any information pertaining to Margarita Cardenas' father (Cayetano Cardenas)'s side of the family. Here is the information we have (It is not much but we are just getting started)...
Cayetano Cardenas died in 1958, just a few months after my mother - Margarita Cardenas - was born. One person told us that he was 40 years old while another person told us that he was around 50 years old at the time of his death; so we believe that he was born around 1908-1918. Margarita Cardenas' birth certificate from TIZAPAN EL ALTO, JALISCO shows that Cayetano Cardenas' father was PRIMITIVO CARDENAS and his mother was RAFAELA RIVAS. We were told that Cayetano Cardenas was an only child.
We also found that Cayetano Cardenas had 2 sons and 2 daughters besides my Mother, their names are Cayetano, Ruben (or Reuben), Amelia (or Emelia), and the other daughter's name is unknown at the moment. The 4 people I just mentioned above are half-brothers and half-sisters of my Mother that she has never met.
Please help us find our lost relatives, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
