My grandmother, Inez Marez (her maiden name) was from Silao. I believe she came to Texas in the early 1900s then moved to Kansas. She had two children, Guadalupe and Josephine with a man named Guadalupe Segura. Then she married another man, Antonio Marquez and had many other children, Louis Marquez (Chicago), Peter Marquez (Olathe, Ks.), Mary Ann Marquez (kansas city, ks), Mary Marquez Ramirez (KCK), I cannot even remember then all and I know ti's time to go to bed becaue I'm nodding off.
