A few days ago, I wrote a letter to the office in Aguascalientes that maintains birth certificate information. Today I receieved a letter stating that there was no record of my grandfather, Ignacio Manriquez being born in Aguascalientes. The search will go on. If anyone is looking for info, I suggest writing them a letter.s
