Are you still looking for info about your family? If you are, I might be able to assist you.

My first hunch is that Jacob N. Messinger was a son of Lorenzo and Mary Messinger. Lorenzo was a brother to John Messinger who was my ggg grandfather. John and Lorenzo were sons of Michael and Elizabeth Messinger.
