Messinger - Confer Connection: Allentown, PA

I am seeking information regarding a Messinger who married an Irma/Erma Confer (born 1890) in Allentown, PA pre-1910. The 1910 U.S. Census for Allentown's 3rd Ward lists Irma Messinger and daughter Carmen Messinger living with Irma/Erma's parents: Alfred F. & Minnie Confer at 964 Union St. I would like to identify that (First Name Unknown) Messinger; he does not appear on that same 1910 Census.

Alfred & Minnie Confer are my great grandparents.
