I must have misunderstood. I thought you had found a link between my family and Jehan Messier and to your ancester Dennis. I went to rootsweb again and put in Jehan, and I was able to trace his descendents to Joseph Messier, b. 1718 m. Marie Ann Godu, but I did not find your Dennis, even doing an ahnentafel. Thanks, anyway.
